Summary
Endobronchial hamartomas are rare benign tumors of the tracheobronchial tree, accounting for only 1-2% of all pulmonary hamartomas. Advances in interventional bronchoscopy have made endoscopic resection the preferred approach, offering high efficacy, low complication rates, and preservation of pulmonary parenchyma. Combined techniques such as laser and cryotherapy via flexible bronchoscopy are safe and effective, particularly in high-risk patients who are poor surgical candidates.
